In this article I will attempt to clarify the sometimes confusing difference between the words agreeance and agreement.
Agreeance is not a thing–or a word.
When you agree with someone, you are in agreement.

Incorrect:
It seems we are all in agreeance.
They reached an agreeance about the plan.
The jury members have come to an agreeance about the verdict.
Her head nodded in agreeance.
Correct:
It seems we are all in agreement.
They reached an agreement about the plan.
The jury members have come to an agreement about the verdict.
Her head nodded in agreement.
